Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted by email within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package.

Products are only eligible for return if the items remain unopened, sealed in original packaging, and in resalable condition. For safety and hygiene purposes, opened, used, partially consumed or reconstituted products cannot be accepted for return.

Do not send any items back to us before you receive formal return authorization from our customer service team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed. Please email us at contacts@lilipeptides to start your return process.

Conditions Caused by LiliPeptides

If you receive damaged packages, incorrect items or missing goods from our side, please send clear photos of packaging and products within 48 hours after delivery. After verification, we will offer you the choice of product replacement or full refund. We will cover the related shipping cost for these situations.

Customer‑Initiated Returns

If you change your mind and want to return eligible unopened products, you are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges paid at checkout will not be refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet return requirements, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3‑7 business days after we receive and check returned items. Please allow additional time for banks and payment providers to complete fund transfer into your account. Processing time varies across different payment services.
